Joint Annual Meeting
Central States Entomological Society and Kansas Academy of Science
Kansas Academy of Science is handling registrations and abstract submissions for the joint KAS/CSES meeting.
Abstracts are due by 5:00 pm, March 21, 2025 and should be emailed to STEM@friends.edu with "ABSTRACT" in the email subject line. In the body of the email, please include: title, authors (last name, first name), organizational affiliations, and whether this is a POSTER or PRESENTATION. Then attach the abstract as a 250-word maximum MSWord Document. /// Posters and presentations delivered by CSES Student Members will be eligible for Best Student Poster and Presentation prizes to be awarded by the Society."

From the North
From I-135 travel to Kellogg (Hwy 54) and take West exit. Travel west on Kellogg and exit at Seneca. Turn right on Seneca into the left lane for an immediate left onto University Ave. Travel west on University Ave. to Hiram. Hiram ends at the campus.
SOUTH
From I-35 travel to Kellogg (Hwy 54) and take West exit. Travel west on Kellogg and exit at Seneca. Turn right on Seneca into the left lane for an immediate left onto University Ave. Travel west on University Ave. to Hiram. Hiram ends at the campus.
EAST
From Turnpike take Kellogg (Hwy 54) West. Travel west on Kellogg and exit at Seneca. Turn right on Seneca into the left lane for an immediate left onto University Ave. Travel west on University Ave. to Hiram. Hiram ends at the campus.
WEST
From Hwy 54 (Kellogg) travel east to the Edwards/Meridian exit (the one after West St. exit). Drive through the Edwards/K-42 intersection and proceed to Meridian. Turn left at Meridian. At Kellogg Drive (first right) turn right and onto campus.
Friday head to the Sedgwick County Zoo for dinner and a guest speaker
Saturday 8:00 am - 9:00 am - check-in with continental breakfast sponsored by Central States
Opening Remarks start at 9:00 am and the day will end at 3:45 PM after Student Presentation Awards
